别不信,做外贸的差距从跟进客户就开始了

怎么跟进客户是外贸人绕不开的话题,我在带新人的时候也是重点强调这一块。
有时候并不是你找不到客户,而是客户就在那里,但你不能正确跟进,以至白白错失本来可能成单的客户。
就拿开发到的新客户回复:已有供应商,这个情况来说吧!想想你们会怎么跟进?


1,共情客户表示理解
we understand that you may not be in a rush toconfirm new suppliers at the moment,我们理解您可能现在并不急于更换新的供应商。◆换位思考对客户表示理解和认同,为接下来跟进做软铺垫。

2,给客户提供价值
but l wanted to provide you with some valuableinformation that may be of interest to you.但我希望能够为您提供一些有价值的、您可能感兴趣的信息◆利他思维,利用客户感兴趣的/与他相关的信息吸引继续浏览

3,展示老客户好评,增加信任our产品名字
have been rigorously tested andhave received excellent feedback from ourexisting customers.我们的产品经过了非常严格的测试,并且收到了很多现有客户的良好反馈。

4,放出∶新工艺吸引客户Additionally, we have recently implementedsome new production processes that havefurther improved the quality and durability ofour products.此外,我们最近实施了一些新的生产工艺,进一步提高了我们产品的质量和耐用性。◆先展示产品优势、公司实力,增加客户信任。然后通过新的产品工艺吸引到客户回复(展示与同行产品差异),

5,展示服务态度Furthermore, we pride ourselves on providingexcellent customer service, and we are alwaysavailable to answer any questions or concernsyou may have.此外,我们为提供优质的客户服务而感到自豪,并且我们随时可以回答您可能遇到的任何问题或疑虑。

6,引导客户回复
Please do not hesitate to contact us if yourequire any additional information or if youwould like to discuss your requirements further.如果您需要任何其他信息或想进一步讨论您的要求,请随时与我们沟通。◆展示良好服务态度的同时,引导客户对这封进行回复和互动,争取进一步沟通的机会。

7,完整邮展示Dear xx,we hope this email finds you well.共情客户we understand thatyou may not be in a rush to confirm new suppliersat the moment, but i wanted to provide you with some valuableinformation that may be of interest to you.our产品名字have beenrigorously tested and have received excellent feedback from ourexisting customers.Additionally, we have recently implemented somenew production processes that have further improved the quality anddurability of our products.                           新工艺吸引Furthermore, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customerservice, and we are always available to answer any questions orconcerns you may have.
